Abstract
tWhEEL is a Docker-oriented pipeline for transcriptome-based protein prediction, similarity-based annotation, SpCas9 guide design, and function-level knockout feasibility assessment. It provides a Gene Ontology (GO-KFI) workflow and an SGD-centered pathway (PW-KFI) workflow. Version 1.3.5 corrects GO-KFI report labels and stacked-bar geometry to use exact category counts rather than counts reconstructed from rounded percentages. It also detects missing or inconsistent chart counts and corrects the row label to GO terms. GO-KFI calculation, guide filtering, and pathway analysis are unchanged by this release. This archive contains the tracked source tree at tag v1.3.5, commit 77d7a7c9aa14ef1d5fc8e709293ab86999226d8a (tag/source date: 2026-09-27). It does not bundle Docker images, reference databases, LOCAL_DATA, or untracked analysis outputs. Previously tracked Python bytecode and test-report assets are retained to preserve the original tagged tree. KFI describes guide-design feasibility, not measured experimental editing efficiency or proven loss of biological function. Genome-backed searches still require intended-locus and exon-context validation. External dependencies and online annotation services are not frozen by this source archive.
Some claim that especially in the field of agile software development the research lags years behind of the practice. In this paper, we characterize the status and main challenges for research on agile software development, and propose a preliminary roadmap, focusing on providing more empirical research, primarily on e...

This study investigates how Lean internal startup facilitates software product innovation in large companies and identifies its enablers and inhibitors, and shows the potential of the method-in-action framework to investigate the Lean startup approach in non-startup context.

Agile methods continue to gain popularity. In particular, the Scrum method appears to be on the verge of becoming a de-facto standard in the industry, leading the so called Agile movement. While there are success stories and recommendations, there is little scientifically valid evidence of the challenges in the adoptio...
